One of the things I quickly realized when I started practicing regularly was how good a workout hooping really is. It burns calories, tones muscle, improves balance and coordination, and it’s a great stress reliever. What’s more is because hooping is so much fun, it doesn’t feel like a workout!

There are a number of ways to get started with your own hoop workout:
